The Workshop on method validation, measurement uncertainty and metrological traceability in accordance with EN ISO 17025:2017 just kicked off in the conference hall of the National Environmental Agency of Georgia.

The workshop has gathered 18 technical experts of laboratory institutions which are responsible for undertaking the hydro-chemical monitoring in the three beneficiary countries of the Project: Belarus, Moldova and Georgia.  The workshop will last for three days, 24-26 April, 2018.

The workshop aims at harmonising and improving knowledge on method validation, method uncertainty and method traceability in accordance with the new edition of EN ISO 17025:2017. It addresses in particular laboratory personnel responsible for sample preparation and operating instruments and shall help them to increase confidence and improved awareness in validity of measured results at their daily work.
