Monitoring the surface water in Ukraine: Workshop in Kyiv followed by a field survey on several sites (3-14 June 2019)

 On 3 June 2019 a workshop was held in Kyiv. Participants from Republic of Belarus and Ukraine took part in studying on WFD compliant sampling methods with special focus on macroinvertebrates, chemical and hydromorphological parameters. In the afternoon, EUWI+ experts organized a practical field work near Kyiv.

After the workshop the Ukrainian experts from Central geophysical observatory named after Boris Sreznevsky went on a field survey which lasted till June 14. For the first several days they are accompanied by the EUWI+ experts. After the survey the experts will provide a report with obtained results.
